What Keepa does
Keepa is one of the best-known Amazon price trackers: its browser add-on draws a price history chart on every Amazon product page, and its Firefox version alone lists about 265,000 users. The Telegram bot is the messaging end of that service. Keepa's own tutorial channel introduces @keepa_bot, and the add-on lists Telegram Messenger next to email, RSS and push notifications as a way to receive alerts.
The bot does not track anything by itself. You set up a price watch on keepa.com, in the app or in the extension, choosing the price you want to pay, then send /login in the bot to connect your Keepa account. From then on every alert for that watch arrives in the chat. /settings and /language adjust the messages, and /logout disconnects the account. Telegram shows about 14,900 monthly users for the bot.
Price history and price watches are free; Keepa also sells a paid subscription for heavy use and data access. The catch is scope: Keepa covers Amazon only, in eleven countries, so for any other shop you need a different tool.
