A Pomodoro timer in Telegram: /start_sprint runs four 25-minute pomodoros with breaks, /25 or any number of minutes starts a single timer, and /stats shows your history. Works in groups too. Free; the developer counts 60 million minutes timed in 200 thousand chats over ten years.
Pomodoro Bot is a timer for the Pomodoro Technique and nothing else. Pick a task, start the timer, work until it rings, take a short break, and after four rounds take a longer one: the bot runs that rhythm for you. /start_sprint launches a sprint of four 25-minute pomodoros with breaks in between, and /settings changes the length of a pomodoro, the number of pomodoros in a sprint and the rest time, so a 50/10 schedule is as easy as the classic 25/5.
For a one-off countdown you do not need the technique at all: send /5, /15, /25 or simply a number of minutes and the bot rings when time is up. /repeat restarts the last timer, /cancel stops it, and /stats shows how much you have focused. In a group the same commands work with the bot's name attached, /25@pomodoro_timer_bot, which lets a study group or a remote team run a shared session in their chat.
The bot is free and supported by donations. Its author, the developer Alexander Ryabov, lists it on his site with "60M minutes in 200K Telegram chats during 10 years"; the interface and help are in English.
