A free reminder bot in 14 interface languages: write "tomorrow at 9" or "every Monday", and it delivers on time in a private chat, a group, a forum topic or a channel. Several schedules per reminder, advance alerts, confirmation of receipt, files and a web dashboard.
Whisper Bell does the everyday reminder job without a form: you write the text and the time in ordinary words, "call the clinic on Wednesday at 9:00" or "take medications every Mon, Wed, Fri at 9:00", and the bot sends the message when it is due. The interface is available in 14 languages, from English, Spanish and Portuguese to Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian and Turkish, a list the developer expanded in July 2026.
Where it goes further than most reminder bots is the schedule itself. One reminder can carry several rules at once, so a single entry can fire every weekday morning and again on the last day of the month; it can warn you ten minutes, an hour or a day before an event; and it can ask you to confirm receipt, turning the message into a small task you mark done in the chat. The same bot works in private chats, groups, forum topics and channels, which makes it usable for a team deadline as well as a personal pill schedule. It only reads messages addressed to it, not the rest of the group.
Reminders can hold formatted text, files and tags, can be copied, and are all listed on a web dashboard at whisper-bell.com, where they can be edited or deleted without opening Telegram. The bot is free and needs no registration. Its news channel is small and was quiet for a year before the July update, so there is no public sign of a large team behind it.
