What Sberometer does
@SberometerBot belongs to Sberometer (sberometer.ru), a Russian site about exchange rates, savings and bank ratings; despite the name it is not a Sber product. The site's Telegram page lists what the bot understands. «курс» returns the official and exchange rates of the dollar and euro; a currency code such as USD, EUR or GBP returns the latest Central Bank of Russia rate; an amount like «10 USD» or «30,4 PLN» is converted into rubles. «золото» and «нефть» give the current gold and Brent prices, «advice buy USD» or «advice sell EUR» returns a buy-or-sell hint based on recent rate moves, and «news» with a topic sends the latest items from the site's news feed.
Everything is ruble-centred, so the bot is useful only to someone who thinks in rubles. The same bot also runs in the Russian messenger MAX.
