An unofficial, open-source Telegram client for Trakt.tv: sign in with your Trakt account and keep your watchlist and viewing history for films and series without opening the app. Free.
Trakt.tv is one of the most popular ways to keep a record of everything you watch: a shared database of films and series where you log what you have seen, what you plan to see and where you stopped in a show. Trakt Bot brings that record into Telegram. You authorize it once through your Trakt account, and after that the watchlist and viewing history are available from the chat, which is handy when you finish an episode on the TV and your phone is already in your hand.
The bot is a community project, not a product of Trakt itself: its code is public on GitHub, so anyone can see how the authorization works and what the bot does with your data. That openness is the main reason to trust it, because the Trakt website does not link to it.
It is a tool for people who already use Trakt. If you have no account, the bot gives you nothing on its own, and a simple title search is faster with an inline bot. It never streams or downloads anything: it only keeps your list in order and points you back to legal services for the watching itself.
