Checks a VIN against European insurance databases — the side of a car's history that Russian services do not see. Free, from the Pan-auto.pl team, Russian interface.
A used car brought in from Europe has two histories: the short one it acquired after import, which the usual Russian checks cover, and the long one it left behind — insurance claims, damage, repairs recorded by European insurers. This bot goes after the second.
You send the VIN and it looks the car up in European insurance databases. For an imported car that is often the only way to see whether the neat body panels are hiding a written-off front end, and it is the check most buyers skip because the local report came back clean.
Treat it as one source among several rather than a verdict. It does not replace a Russian history report — traffic-police records, liens, restrictions on registration — and the depth of European data varies by country and by insurer.

No. Run it alongside a local report on liens and registration restrictions; the two cover different halves of the car's life.
Cars imported from Europe, where the local history is short and the interesting part happened abroad.
