xRocket (@xrocket) describes itself as a centralized exchange and social-finance platform built into Telegram, with a web version alongside the bot. Its site lists the pieces: spot trading at market price or with limit orders, an instant converter between assets, a P2P market where trades are protected by xRocket's internal escrow until payment is confirmed, crypto checks and free transfers between users, and a Trading and Pay API for businesses that want automated invoicing. Buying crypto with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay is offered, and the Mini App terms say such purchases and cash-outs are handled by independent partners that run their own identity checks.

The operator is XROCKET CORP., incorporated in Panama. Its terms say access is closed to residents and citizens of sanctioned countries and of other jurisdictions its AML policy lists as restricted, and that the wallets are custodial, so the company holds the keys. The site advertises "1.5%" as its fee and more than 800,000 active users; the t.me page counts about 463,000 users a month.

For someone who wants to trade inside Telegram rather than only store and send coins, xRocket covers more ground than a plain wallet. The trade-off is the usual one for a custodial exchange in a light-touch jurisdiction: keep only what you are actively trading there.
