The Telegram bot Yandex Market uses to talk to its sellers: new orders, revenue and debts, promotions, listing status and customer messages arrive in the chat instead of the partner dashboard, and the same chat hands you over to a support agent. Free, Russian only.
Yandex Market is one of the largest marketplaces in the Russian-speaking market, and this bot is the channel through which it talks to the people who sell there. The marketplace's own help page about Telegram notifications names @YaMarketPartnerBot directly and lists six categories of alerts the bot delivers, among them new orders, finance events such as revenue and outstanding debts, promotions, the status of listings and messages from customers.
The point is that a seller no longer has to keep the partner dashboard open to notice that something happened. Orders and money arrive as chat messages, and when a notification is not enough the same chat connects you to a live agent — the bot's own profile describes exactly that: it reports orders, announces what is new and passes you to an operator when needed. Trade press that covered the launch framed it as Telegram in place of the seller dashboard.
Everything here is free: notifications are part of what the marketplace gives its sellers, and the help page documents no fee. The limits are just as plain. Shoppers have nothing to do here, listings and prices cannot be edited from the chat, and the whole interface is in Russian.
