Meditations By Gurudev vs Sound Machine
For anyone who finds it hard to switch off in silence, Meditations By Gurudev (@LetsMeditateBot) is the better pick: a voice guides each session, and the recordings by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar are sorted by length and theme, so a short one fits the last few minutes before bed. Sound Machine (@soundmachinebot) only sends soothing sounds on request, with /list showing what is on offer, and has no mixer, sleep timer or alarm. Both are free, though Meditations By Gurudev holds one teacher's catalogue only. Choose Sound Machine when you want background sound to fall asleep or focus to rather than a guiding voice.
