A no-frills sound machine in Telegram: ask for a soothing sound and the bot sends it to help you focus, study or fall asleep. /list shows everything it has.
Sound Machine does one job: it sends soothing sounds on request. In its own words the sounds are high quality and meant to help you focus, work, learn or sleep. The flow is command-based: /list shows the sounds on offer, you ask for the one you want, and the bot sends it into the chat.
That makes it a lightweight alternative to a white-noise app when Telegram is already open on your phone: nothing to install and nothing to configure. It also means the bot has none of the extras a dedicated sleep app offers. We found no mixer for layering sounds, no sleep timer and no alarm in its description, and it does not guide meditations; for that, a guided-meditation bot is the better pick.
It is an independent project with no website or named developer. Our sources are its Telegram bio and bot directories that list its commands (/start, /list, /help, plus a /loop command they do not explain). No price is mentioned anywhere and there is no public usage figure. The commands and replies are in English, but since the product is the sound itself, language matters less here than in most bots.

Send /list: it returns the current list. The bot’s description only promises high-quality soothing sounds for focus, learning and sleep, so check the list before counting on a particular one.
No price or paid plan is mentioned in its description or command list.
