What Adesk does
Adesk is a management accounting service for small companies in Russia: accounts, cash flow, projects and planned payments in one place. Its site links to @AdeskBot, and its knowledge base describes what the bot does.
You connect it by sending the API access key from your Adesk profile. After that you can add operations on your accounts from the chat, receive a summary of the previous day's income and expenses every morning, a PDF report for the week on Mondays and advance notice of scheduled operations. Administrators can set rules that assign categories and projects to operations by keywords, and the bot gives access to the Adesk AI assistant. For approving payment requests Adesk runs a separate bot.
