FactuChat is aimed at one specific reader: an autónomo, a self-employed person registered in Spain, who now has to issue invoices under VeriFactu, the Spanish rules that require every invoice to be recorded in a tamper-evident chain and reported to the tax agency (AEAT). Instead of opening invoicing software, you describe the job in the chat: a voice note, a photo of your notes or a short text message is enough.

The bot builds the invoice with the technical parts VeriFactu expects, a SHA-256 hash chain, an XAdES signature and the verification QR code, and sends the record to the AEAT. The developer quotes about 9 seconds from message to submitted invoice, and no extra app is needed.

Pricing is simple. The free plan covers 10 invoices a month, Basic at €7.99 a month raises it to 50, and Pro at €12.99 removes the limit. These figures come from comparison pages and a G2 listing rather than a live price page, so check them in the bot before you rely on them.

The limits are clear too. The bot only makes sense if you invoice under Spanish tax rules; the interface is in Spanish, and it is an invoicing tool, not full bookkeeping with expenses and quarterly returns.
