FacturaBot

FacturaBot solves a local problem well: issuing electronic invoices in Argentina without logging in to the tax agency's website. Argentine businesses must invoice through ARCA, the federal tax authority, and choose the right invoice type, A, B or C, depending on their tax status and the client's. For a monotributista, a small taxpayer on the simplified regime, doing that from a phone between jobs is exactly the kind of chore a chat can take over.

You write the way you would talk to an assistant, for example «Facturale 2000 a Perez», and the bot fills in the invoice for that client and amount. Clients are stored by their CUIT or CUIL tax ID, so the next invoice to the same person is one short message. Recurring invoices can be scheduled, which suits monthly retainers, rent or classes. The same assistant also works in WhatsApp.

What we could not confirm matters as well. The website does not publish prices, so we do not know the free allowance or the cost, and it does not say which data or tax credentials the service needs to issue invoices on your behalf; read that at sign-up. The interface is Spanish, and outside the Argentine tax system the bot has no use.
