Notifine for GitHub

github_notifine_bot is the GitHub-facing counterpart to gitlab_notifine_bot, part of the same open-source Notifine project that its author describes as covering GitLab, GitHub and Trello notifications from one codebase. Wire it up via a GitHub webhook and repository events — pushes, issues, pull requests — start landing in the connected Telegram chat.

Because both halves share the same underlying project, teams that use both GitHub and GitLab across different repositories can standardise on one notification tool and one message format instead of running two unrelated bots with different conventions. The project being open source also means the exact event types and formatting are auditable rather than a black box.

As a smaller independent project rather than a GitHub-run product, expect community-level support: fine for personal and small-team repos, less suited to an organisation that needs guaranteed uptime and a support contract.
