What InvestStats Bot does
@InvestStats_Bot is the Telegram bot of InvestStats, a service that calculates returns on brokerage accounts. Its page investstats.ru/bot lists the commands: /portfolio shows current holdings with profit per asset, /profit and /profit_period give realised profit for today, yesterday and this month, /profit_summary does the same across all accounts, /informer sends the result as a percentage sticker and /account switches between accounts. After each trade the bot sends a message with the profit or loss on its own. In December 2024 the service's channel announced a mini app with a portfolio summary.
Two things work without registration: subscribing to price updates for a limited number of shares (/sub with a ticker) and the position calculator /calc, which works out the average price and profit for virtual buys and sells. Everything else requires connecting a brokerage account in the service through an API token or OAuth; the site names T-Investments and Alor Broker. A price subscription lasts one trading day and has to be switched on again the next day.
The site counts more than 950 clients of the service and more than 120 people using the bot. It only makes sense for investors with accounts at those Russian brokers.
