The official Telegram bot of UptimeRobot, a website and server uptime monitor. You create monitors on uptimerobot.com, and down, up, SSL and domain-expiry alerts arrive in a private chat, a group or a channel. Telegram alerts need a paid plan: the free plan does not include this integration.
UptimeRobot checks websites, servers, ports, keywords and cron jobs from the outside and tells you when something stops responding. @itrinity_ur_bot is its Telegram end: in April 2024 UptimeRobot moved its alerts to this bot, added group support and announced the change on its blog. The bot's display name is simply UptimeRobot.
The bot does not watch anything by itself. You create monitors on uptimerobot.com, add a Telegram integration under Integrations and pick the events to send: down, up, SSL and domain expiration. For a personal chat you copy the message the dashboard shows and send it to the bot; for a team you invite the bot to a group and send the /start command UptimeRobot generates. Several integrations can point to different groups or channels.
The catch is the price. The free plan covers 50 monitors checked every 5 minutes, but only five basic integrations, and Telegram is not one of them. It starts with the Solo plan, from €9 a month billed annually when we checked, which also shortens the check interval to 60 seconds.

No. The pricing page lists Telegram among the integrations of the paid plans, starting with Solo; the free plan gets only basic integrations such as Discord, Google Chat and Pushover.
UptimeRobot switched its Telegram alerts to this bot in April 2024, when it added group support, and wrote on its blog that the new chat is still UptimeRobot.
