A free reader from 2017: send it a link to a site, an RSS feed or a Reddit section and it forwards new posts with pictures and video, to you or to your channel. Its help page dates from 2017 and its public code from 2018, so test it with one source first.
telefeedbot was launched in 2017 by Vadim Kulibaba as a universal reader: instead of looking for an RSS link, you send the bot the address of a site, a feed or a Reddit section, and it finds the stream itself. New posts come back in a native Telegram format, with the title, pictures, GIFs and video unpacked from the article. The help page on Telegraph shows the rest of the interface: send delete with a link to unsubscribe, /links to list your feeds, and a short procedure for publishing a feed into your own channel with the bot as an admin.
The same page is also the main reason for caution. It was written in May 2017, the source code on GitHub (recoilme/tf) was last changed in June 2018, the companion website it promoted no longer opens and the channel named in its bio no longer exists. For Instagram, X and Facebook the 2017 instructions relied on third-party feed converters, and those networks have restricted access several times since. The bot's Telegram page is still live, so plain RSS and site feeds may well work, but nothing public shows current maintenance.
It is free, with no plans or limits mentioned. Use it for a handful of simple feeds; for anything you rely on, pick a reader whose developer is visibly active.

Nothing public says so. The bot's page on Telegram is live, but its help page dates from 2017, its code on GitHub from 2018, and its companion website no longer opens. Start with one feed and check that posts arrive.
The help page describes it: add the bot as a channel admin, send it the channel link, then send @yourchannel followed by the feed link. /channels shows what is connected.
