A free, open-source uptime bot from the Notifine project: send /new with a URL and it checks the address about once a minute, messages you when the check fails and again when the site is healthy. No account, works in groups and forum topics.
Uptime Notifine Bot is the monitoring member of Notifine, a set of Telegram bots by developer Mehmet Hüseyin Kafadar that also includes GitHub, GitLab and webhook bots. The whole backend is written in Rust and published on GitHub, and the project's README links this bot directly.
There is no website dashboard: everything happens in the chat. Send /new followed by a URL, /list to see what is being watched and /delete with an ID to stop. According to the source code, the checker walks through all URLs every minute, gives each request 10 seconds and retries twice before it reports a failure. The alert names the URL, the reason (an HTTP error code, a timeout or a connection error) and the response time, and the bot writes again only when the address is healthy. Add it to a group and send /start in a forum topic if the alerts should land there.
It is free and has no paid tier. What it does not do is just as clear: no SSL or domain-expiry alerts, no keyword checks and no status pages. The author publishes a public uptime page for the Notifine bots, which showed 100% for the last 90 days when we checked.

The published source code runs a check cycle every minute, waits up to 10 seconds per request and retries twice before sending a failure alert.
No. After the first failure alert it keeps checking every minute but writes again only when the site becomes healthy.
