The default notification bot of the EasyWeek online booking system: the owner, the staff or a team group chat get a message every time an online appointment is made, changed or cancelled. It does not take bookings itself.
Most booking tools tell the business about a new appointment by email, and email is where a 9 a.m. booking for 10 a.m. goes to be discovered at noon. EasyWeek, an online scheduling system for service businesses, moves that alert into Telegram, and @EasyWeekBot is the bot it uses for this out of the box.
There are two modes. In the personal one, the staff member assigned to a booking gets a private message about it. In the group one, the bot joins a team chat and posts every booking of the organisation there, so a front desk and three specialists see the same feed. Each mode reacts to four kinds of events - new, edited, closed and deleted appointments - and the text of each message can be rewritten in the settings with booking details pulled in as variables.
What the bot is not: a place where a client finds a salon and picks a slot. The vendor's documentation describes notifications only, so for the person booking it is at most a reminder channel, and only if the business has switched that on. If you want the alerts to come from a bot with your own name and logo, EasyWeek lets you plug in a bot made in BotFather instead of this one.
Connecting it is free and takes a few minutes, but it only makes sense if your schedule already lives in EasyWeek.
Free EasyWeek lists the Telegram integration as free, and the service itself has a free plan; no separate limits for the bot are published.

The vendor's documentation does not say so. It describes the bot as a notification channel for the business; clients book through EasyWeek's own booking page.
Yes. Create a bot in @BotFather, then paste its API token into the Telegram Bot integration in EasyWeek; it replaces EasyWeekBot for your notifications.
